Produced with the Museum staff in collaboration with graduate students at Teachers College Columbia University, and created by artists from around the world, it is a fun self-guided tour (starring our very own mascots Spritz the Siphon and Lil Spritz) of the role seltzer has played promoting health, tasty treats, comedy, and personal identity.
